2026 Fall Stroke & Turn Registration
Welcome to the 2026 Fall Stroke and Turn Clinic!
We’re excited to kick off this season’s 8-week clinic—an hour-long session each week—focused on building swimmers’ skills in all four competitive strokes, refining starts and turns, and improving overall strength and technique. Whether your child is polishing what they learned during summer swim or striving for the next level, this clinic is a great way to dive in!
Please note: This is not a learn-to-swim program.
To be eligible, swimmers must:
- Be comfortable in the water
- Be able to jump in unassisted (no flotation devices)
- Swim at least 10 meters independently
- Minimum age: 5 years old
If your child is afraid of water or cannot yet stay afloat without
support, this clinic is not a good fit—our coaches offer group
instruction only and do not provide 1:1 lessons.
Open to all swimmers who meet the above criteria!
Cost: $120 per swimmer (for all 8 sessions)
Our clinics are held at Central Park Aquatics Center (also called Occoquan Swim Academy, or OSA), 10371 Central Park Drive, Manassas, VA 20110 from 9am to 10am.
Our 1-hour clinics will be held on the following Sundays:
September: 13, 20, 27
October: 18, 25
November: 1, 15, 22
